Kate Untiedt has been working with fiber for over 30 years, developing skills in a range of fiber techniques. Over the last several years she found a passion for sharing these skills with others; seeing the value in the mindfulness that can be embraced in the making process and the confidence that can be built through creating. Needle felting is her favorite skill to teach; loving the use of natural fibers and the freedom this technique allows for. Classes focus on the core skills to create and an openness to each individual's personal style. She encourages approaching art without judgment; making for the process rather than the product (but the products are definitely fun to see!!).
